Belle at Life of a Southern Belle organized a Valentine Swap a few weeks ago. She put all of the participants names in a basket and pulled pairs of names for swap partners. We also had a list to fill out to assist with gift purchases. My partner is Rachel at Livin and Loving, and just look at all the gifts she sent!
The box has the cutest little monkeys and hearts on it.
Wow, the box was filled with gifts! A new Country Living magazine, a magnetic memo pad, a little red glass heart shaped candle holder, wild current scented sachets. a sweet little canvas picture with a flower & enjoy on it, a package with 8 sheets of scrapbook paper and a mini scrapbook kit.
Another peek at all the treasures with a candle lit.
Thank you Rachel! You've been an awesome swap partner!
Diane, What a lovely present. I'd have loved to participate but I didn't trust myself to get a package mailed in time, I am notoriously slow about such things! I want details on the cupcakes...what flavor did you get? Have you tried one yet? I love The Cheesecake Factory too. One of my fav things there is their Chicken Romano and I always get the spinach dip with it and this may sound weird but I put the dip ON my chicken! Yum!!!
Aww I'm sorry your cupcakes got smoosched. I actually like the vanilla but I agree it is pretty sweet. THe coconut one is killer and I really liked the carrot too. The chocolate velvet (the one that looks like the vanilla with sprinkles) is probably more to your taste since you didn't like the vanilla.
Diane.. what fun you must have had opening all these goodies..Haven't done a valentine swap in years.. Thanks for the visit to see Miss Kitty and Mr. Mouse.. we sure enjoyed your visit.hugs ~lynne~
Thanks for your comments...I think that some people (like my daughter) just see things differently. I can't wait to get her a new slr for her birthday...Laurie
WOW!! Girl you hit the motherlode big time..great gift..thanks for all your prayers for Kyra...you are the best...have a great weekend...hugs and smiles Gl♥ria
Diane, thanks for the visit to see the pink teaset.. girl you can sure make a girls head get a bit larger..lol Thanks for the compliment.. Have a super Saturday darling.. hugs ~lynne~
I found you from your comment on Laurie's site. I'm always happy to find another dog lover and have peeked at your site. I'll come back for a good visit soon!
I am glad you liked it; you were better than me; I ripped open the gifts and forgot to take a pic of everything...and the window stickings...Love took off with those oops!
