I'm sharing a picture mosaic of some of the day lilies in the front and back yards today. You know how much I love roses. Well, I like to plant day lilies next to the rose bushes. Besides being beautiful, the day lilies also camouflage the bottom of the rose bush when it sometimes begin to look a bit leggy. I think it's fascinating how some of the flowers look like carved wax. They're so pretty.

Beautiful compilation....I need to get some different colored lily's...I only have two so far. The ruffled edges are so pretty on the center flower.

Ohhh my...what a lovely "Day Lily" mosaic...such pretty soft colors!!! I especially like the yellow lily in the center photo...I love those pretty rose colored edges!!! I was just looking at your Pink Saturday post too...what a gorgeous garden table!!! Ohhh...I just couldn't believe all of the beautiful multi-colored hydrangeas...fabulous!!! You have some really beautiful flowers, my friend! Thank you for sharing them with us!!!

Daylilies are the best plant I think. So tough, sturdy and reliable. I have quite a few and am always looking for more.

Diane, Your mosiac is so pretty today. I love those Daylilies, especially the center one. Great idea to plant them near the rose bushes. I'll have to do that. This is my first summer with a few rose bushes. ~ Robyn
